Their Salesman Brady went thru the options with detail and we picked the best unit for our home and budget. Got it in a few weeks before the heat wave and we are so thankful!! Even informed us of some Tax Credits we will take advantage of saving us quite a bit in net cost. Really appreciate their professional approach during installation also! The technicians called in advance to work around our schedule as best they could, vacuumed everyday (we had an attic install very difficult), and the work they did was top notch. Way better quality than it was before with duct work and drain pan. Made suggestions and improved the attic area before they left. Office paperwork was easy and handled professionally at their office by Christi (sp?). Very nice. I highly recommend.
Overcashier & Horst came recommended to us when earlier this year when our a/c wouldn't turn on. We called and they were able to get us scheduled quickly and Devon had it fixed and running again shortly. He was professional, informative, and the price was very reasonable. We called them again last week, when our furnace wouldn't turn on. Devon came out again that same day and temporarily fixed it while we waited on parts. Parts came in sooner than expected, and John came out and was able to fully fix the furnace. They are so honest and hard working to help you. They go out of their way to really do what they can. I cannot thank them enough and I will be sharing the recommendation for them as well. They are very fairly priced and the work is top notch. We will be using them for regulars yearly maintenance on our units.
